Get Fired Up for Ferrari
SLATED FOR THE 2025 AUTOSHOW, THE ROMA SPIDER EVOKES THE CHIC, PLEASURE-SEEKING ITALIAN LIFESTYLE OF THE 1950s AND ‘60s. FERRARI RECENTLY BROUGHT A UNIQUE VERSION OF THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE CONVERTIBLE TO LIFE, DEVELOPED BY ITS TAILOR MADE DEPARTMENT. HERE’S HOW.
IT TOOK FERRARI TAILOR MADE
The exclusive programme for personalizing every element of a Ferrari, allowing you to express your character and tastes. A team of experts, led by a personal designer, helps bring your wishes to life while maintaining Ferrari’s cosmetic standards.
THE AIM OF THIS PARTICULAR ROMA SPIDER?
Highlighting innovative component production techniques using special, refined supplies. The central seat panel fabric features manual stitching, combining leather from the interior with thread made from recycled tyres. Aluminium body components, including the laser-engraved front wing shield and a bonnet personalized with a compass rose and Maranello’s geographical coordinates, add bespoke detail. Recycled aluminium from Ferrari’s foundry was used for components of the twin-turbo V8 engine, reducing waste. The car incorporates chrome-free nappa leather, controlled-origin wood for the tonneau cover and rear floor, and recycled sand components in the centre console. Reduce, reuse, redline.
MARANELLO MEETS MONTBLANC
The collaboration added an artistic touch with a special-edition Meisterstück. Its nib is crafted from hand-worked Au750 solid gold, platinum-coated with a compass motif. The cap and sections are also platinum-coated. A bespoke logbook, made with reused leather in Rosso Bologna and Pelle Metalizzata Oro Mida, is embossed with the coordinates of Ferrari’s factory home in Maranello, reflecting the car’s journeying theme. The Oro Mida colour was specifically chosen by the Ferrari Styling Centre. If you’re journalling in a Ferrari, congrats, you’ve won capitalism.
